Return & Exchange Guidelines
You may request a return or exchange if your item meets the following conditions:
- Within 7 days: Returns and exchanges are free of charge. We’ll cover all shipping costs.
- Beyond 7 days (up to 30 days): Returns are still accepted, but the customer will shoulder the return shipping fee.
- A valid invoice is provided
- Item is in original condition, with tags intact
- Item is returned to its original packaging

- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
Photos showing item condition and proof of eligibility (via email)
Wrong Item Delivered?
If you received the wrong item, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it! We’ll cover all shipping costs associated with returning and replacing your order.
Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or via GCash within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges:
- Return back to warehouse
- Physical Store (Subject to approval. Please contact our customer care team before processing.)
